 Open File Explorer and go to View tab > Options > Change folder and search options.

Choose This PC from the top drop-down menu.

Uncheck both boxes under the Privacy section.

Press Clear to clear all of your Quick Access history. (optional)

 Open File Explorer, click on View tab in Ribbon and then click on Options.

Now to remove frequent folders and recent files list from Quick Access/Home view, uncheck following 2 options present under Privacy section

 Open File Explorer.

Click on the View tab.

Click on Options.

Under the Privacy tab click on the Clear box.
